Get to know Your Coach, Emma Bonoli
For the past 8 years, Coach Emma has dedicated herself to empowering women through the transformative power of kettlebell training. Her journey with kettlebells began unexpectedly in 2015 when she walked into what she thought was a yoga studio, only to discover it was a kettlebell class. Intrigued, she stayed for the session, and the rest is h[er]story.
Emma is a NASM Certified Personal Trainer, holds three level 1 or 2 kettlebell certifications including RKC, and has graduated from the Empowered Performance Mentorship in the principals of human movement and biomechanics.
SheBeast is the culmination of Emma's journey, inspired by the infectious energy and accountability she discovered in that initial kettlebell gym. The sense of community she cultivated through early-career free women's workout classes further fueled the creation of SheBeast.
When Emma isnβt swinging kettlebells, she can be found spending time with her husband in their upper Manhattan neighborhood where she is a mom to 50+ house plants, talking long weekend walks along the Hudson River, and being a passanger princess on weekend trips to visit their families in Boston and Upstate NY.

FAQ
What equipment do I need for the program?
You will need 2 kettlebells (one you can press overhead and one you can squat) and a TRX/suspension trainer. Optional equipment includes a pull-up bar, yoga blocks, and a light 5-10lb kettlebell or dumbbell.
I like going to the gym, can I do the program at the gym?
Of course! The program can be done anywhere you have kettlebells. Most people choose to do SheBeast at home, but it can be done anywhere!
How long will the workouts take?
Once you get the hang of the warm-up the workouts should take 45-65 minutes.
When are the Kickoff Workshop and weekly technique calls? Are they recorded?
The Kickoff Workshop is scheduled Sunday, June 9th at 4pm ET.
When the group is assembled, I poll everyone to determine the best time to hold the weekly calls.
The calls will be recorded in case you canβt be there!
Iβm a beginner to kettlebells, is this course right for me?
SheBeast is for women with zero to intermediate knowledge of kettlebells. Regardless of your skill level the program will provide a rigorous kettlebell training program and help ensure your form is correct so that you can safely progress to heavier weights. The program focuses on swings, cleans, snatches, and the Turkish Get-up. Iβve had women with absolutely no exercise experience and lifelong gym goers alike find the program extremenly helpful, challenging, and transformative.
More advanced individuals might benefit from 1-1 coaching if you want to work on advanced exercises like the snatch and kettlebell flows. Please contact me here to see if this program is right for you!
