FAQ

What equipment do I need for the program?

You will need 3-6 kettlebells:

  • 1x “light” KB (think arm bars/windmills)

  • 2x “light-medium” KBs (matching preferred but not necessary, you should be able to clean and press them for 5 reps)

  • 2x “med-heavy” KBs  (matching preferred but not necessary, you should be able to clean and squat them for 5 reps)

  • 1x “heavy” KB- (you can swing for 10 reps, sets of 20 would be challenging)

  • Bench/sturdy chair/box

  • Slider Discs

  • Pull-up bar or TRX/Suspension Trainer

  • Optional- barbell can be subbed for heavy KBs for deadlifts, presses, & squats.

Can I do SheBeast Power at the gym or home?

Of course! The program can be done anywhere you have kettlebells & the right equipment.

How long will the workouts take?

Once you get the hang of the warm-up the workouts should take 45-65 minutes. With 4 workouts per week some are designed to take longer than others.

When are the weekly class calls? Are they recorded?

Yes, they will be recorded! Call time is TBD by the group.

I’m a beginner to kettlebells, is this course right for me?
