After sending over 50 women through my SheBeast program I realized there was a want and need for more advanved programming. With kettlebells, once you learn the skills if you don’t use them- you lose them! That’s why I designed this new membership, to provide affordable, hands on, and progressive programming for all of the amazing women I’ve worked with over the years. And for the first time ever I’m opening it to all kettlebell athletes! If you already have a basic understanding of the swing and clean this program is for you!

Even though everyone’s needs are different, my training style and techniques are pretty universal so this program is suited for women with a variety of goals. With this membership you get access to a community of like minded women, working towards the same goals, holding you accountable, and motivating you to be your strongest self.

What you get:

  • 4 Workouts per week through my app/website (3 strength + 1 cardio/conditioning)

  • Programming on 4-6 week cycles that focus on different skills and training goals

  • 1 Weekly group call where we go over technique & do one of those 4 workouts as well as getting live feedback on your form

  • 1 Monthly 1-1 personal training call

  • 24/7 access to me and the other members with a private Slack channel (for feedback, questions, and support)

  • Weekly accountability check-ins

  • Next cycle starts October 17th

Each cycle we will focus on a specific skill set determined by the wants and needs of yourself and the group! This will be more advanced than my SheBeast programs and on par with the higher level of instruction I give to my 1-1 personal training clients. Membership is on an ongoing monthly basis and you can cancel whenever you like, I promise there won’t be any hard feelings.

FAQ:

What equipment do I need?

2 kettlebells (one you can squat and one you can press overhead), TRX/suspension straps, big resistance bands or bands with handles and door anchor (optional pull-up bar and more bells- a set of matching ones for squats and/or an additional heavier one for progressing lifts- more bells = more options)

When is the weekly group call?

Once everyone signs up I will send a poll to the group to vote on a time that works for everyone. Calls will also be recorded and shared the next day for members who missed the call.

How do I know if this program is right for me? Am I advanved enough?

I’d like all members to already have a strong grasp of the swing and clean. I’ll teach you how to snatch but if you don’t know I’ll teach you. Advanced referes more to the understanding of kettelbell technique than actual physical fitness, you don’t need to be able to do push-ups on the floor or strict pull-ups, but you should know what a proper push-up looks like and be able to do on on an inclinded surface. Can I do this from home or from the gym?

You can do this where ever you want! Typically the weekly call requires 1 kettlebell, so make sure wherever you plan on joining from has a kettlebell.

What happens if I miss a workout?

Nothing! Life happens and sometimes we can’t get to a workout, or many 4 is more than you’re interested in. I will provide guidance on which workouts you should pick based on your goals and needs.

What if I’m traveling? Will there be travel workouts?

Yes! If you are traveling I will provide bodyweight alternatives. Plus I’ll teach you how to adapt the routines for dumbbells if there’s no kettlebells available.

What happens if I get sick or need to pause my membership?

If you get sick and can’t do your workouts for a week I encourage you to stay signed up so you can at least watch the weekly calls. Once you decide to stop being a SheBeast member you will be given time to complete any missed workouts. However, if you know you’ll be unable to participate for an entire month or more you can pause your membership for as long as you need.

How long is the program?

This is an ongoing membership that works on 4-6 week cycles. Throughout the 4-6 weeks we build on the skills learned earlier on in the cycle.

It’s been a while since we worked together or since I’ve used kettlebells, will is the program right for me?

Probably. I say probably instead of a resounding yes because I haven’t seen you in a while (or ever!) and I don’t know where you’re at. If you’ve been keeping up with a few days of exercise a week then yes, definitely jump back in. But if you’re really unsure, reach out to me and let’s chat! I’ll be able to get a better sense of where you’re at and if the membership is right for you.

Why is it cheaper than SheBeast Bells & Bodyweight?

SheBeast Bells & Bodyweight is an investment in learning skills and as a result I give all the members a lot of individual attention- they will often upload videos of almost every exercise for me to critique! However this Membership is meant to be an ongoing commitment and clients tend to require less feedback and therefore less of me/my time. I always provide feedback when it’s wanted but generally the members are more focused on getting in and out of their workouts than getting form checks.
